This document applies to Oracle Financial Services Analytics Applications (OFSAA) 8.0 and 8.1 (including minor versions and maintenance releases within these major version) which are in the Premier or Extended Support phase.

Purpose

This Error Correction Policy document describes how we deliver fixes for OFSAA 8.0 and 8.1 products.


Older releases, such as OFSAA 7.3 and older, are now in the Sustaining Support phase. Sustaining Support includes access to fixes, updates, and critical patch updates created during the Premier Support stage, but does not includes new updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, or critical patch updates.
