Error 'Operation failed-system error' or 'Primavera Portfolio Management System Error' when Exporting/copying/pasting data of a scorecard or Uploading a Document or importing Data from a Spreadsheet (Doc ID 2004871.1)

Symptoms

On : Primavera Portfolio Management 9.0 or higher,  Scorecard Module

1. When attempting to upload documents.

2. When attempting to export or copy a considerable amount of data from a scorecard.

3. When attempting to paste a considerable amount of data in a scorecard

ERROR
-----------------------

The following errors can occur depending on the symptoms above.

Symptoms 1 and 2: 

Operation failed-system error! Version 9.1.9262 system encountered an error, please contact system administrator with reference id=f6f45fe9-a549-464e-b76f-73090a32710b

Symptom 3: 

Primavera Portfolio Management System Error: The cells in the list bellow, may have not been updated in the system. Re enter the values or contact your Primavera Portfolio Management administrator if the problem persist.

The prosight logs will capture an error similar to the one below for any of the symptoms:
