ASCP is scheduling planned orders for items that are no longer active

We have two components inside a BOM one (Phantom item A) of them has an end effectivity date of 27 apr 2015 and the other one (Phantom item B) has start date of 28 apr 2015.

When we perform the data collection on ASCP instance everything looks fine, but when we execute the plan (with constraint mode = classic) ASCP gather a double supply, one for the Phantom item A and other for the Phantom item B.

We expected see just one supply, no both.

1. Create an item with a phantom component.
2. Create a bom for the phantom component.
3. Run a plan.
4. Release a planned order for the parent item in the ASCP planners workbench.

Receiving demand for MODC5W3351(Effectivity date 04/28/2015 - ) when customer is expected to see only demand from MODC5W3351(Effectivity date 09/04/2015 - 04/27/2015)
