Unable To Generate Direct Delivery Discrepant Items Report: No Data Is Present (Doc ID 2006377.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), the Direct Delivery Discrepant Items report is generated with no data.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to SIM PC.
  2. Navigate to Direct Store Delivery.
  3. Select any delivery with damaged receiving qty >0.
  4. Open delivery.
  5. Select discrepant item.
  6. Click on Print.
  7. Select Direct Delivery Discrepant Items report.
  8. Notice that the report generated has no data.
