Error Creating E2B Report - QUALIFICATION (Doc ID 2006868.1)

Symptoms

Generating E2B reports for few legacy cases via Batch Job.
Upon validation, from the BUlk E2B Transmit, the following error is thrown against QUALIFICATION element:

'General error while creating E2b report. The element QUALIFICATION MUST have a length of 1 or less as specified by the ICH. Current length: 3. Stored Procedure: M2_VALIDATION '
or
'The value of QUALIFICATION element does not satisfy the condition that it must exist as 1,2, or 3 if primary reporter as HCP and as 4 or 5 if primary reporter is non-hcp'
