Listen Address missing in OSM AMP configuration. (Doc ID 2006924.1)

The customer has installed the 12c Oracle Enterprise Manager and installed the "Oracle Communications" plugin as I want to monitor the "Oracle Communications - Order & Service Management(OSM)" application using Cloud Control. The AdminServer of the OSM weblogic domains shows as UP in OEM but the related deployments are shown as DOWN. The weblogic console and all the deployments show as they are running and the OSM application is accessible. The deployments are deployed against the AdminServer as a standalone server.

In the emctl_output.txt there is the following exception:
