SCD Execution for Dim Account Table Fails

Symptoms
In OFSAAI 7.3.3 and FSDF 7.4.2, while executing SCD (201) through ICC Batch Execution, the batch execution is successful but neither has the data populated in dim_account table nor has the log generated under the ftpshare directory.
From the RevAppserver.log file there is error message below:

Navigate to Operations, Batch, to execute SCD (201) batch
