Symptoms
When the Usage Group contains D2-MATH (Vector and Service Quantity Math) usage rule, the UT goes to "Issue Detected" status with an error message ‘Interval Measuring Component Start Date/Time must be provided’. However the usage rule is type Scalar Formula Result and only references Scalar Variables, no interval vectors are used.
