Issue With Report Date Range Between OCSG And OBIEE (Doc ID 2007578.1)

On OCSG 5.1 PRM portal, it's observed somewhere date is getting incremented.

Lets say current date is 4/15/2015.

1. When running some traffic and wait for about 30 min, we see the data in the UI for the date range filter entered as:

2. Now when we send some more traffic and tried to view the data in the same range, the new data that we sent just now is not showing up in the Reports UI, only showing up the old data.

3. Even after disabled OBIEE caching, the updated traffic records are still not showing up in the Reports UI.

4. When changed the range to 4/15/2015-4/16/2015, the new data is also showing up in the Reports UI.
