Price Events Stuck in Conflict Checking with No Error Message and Not Moving to Approved, Executed, or Active Status

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), price events (Clearances, Price Changes, Promotions) are not returning back to 'Worksheet' status, nor are they being moved to 'Approved', 'Executed', or 'Active' status. The events appear to be stuck in Conflict Checking status.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to RPM.
- Create a price event for an Item/Location.
- Note that the price event gets stuck in Conflict Check without any errors.
