Symptoms

When a Store Order from Warehouse is created in SIM, there is no validation for available inventory in the warehouse before the transfer is approved. When stock on hand (SOH) at warehouse is zero or less than the quantity (qty) requested by store, an error message should be triggered and prevent the Store order from being approved.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Store Order from SIM, select the source as warehouse
2. Add an item and enter qty higher that the available SOH in the warehouse
3. Approve the Store order
