When setting up an Oracle Retail Point of Service Client with Japanese region, email receipt to customer does not display Japanese in email subject and email text. The email subject and email text is setup in workstation.xml
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up email subject and email in Japanese in workstation.xml
2. Ring a sales in ORPOS
3. Choose Email the receipt to customer at the end of tendering the transaction.
4. See the receipt email subject and email text are not displayed in Japanese
