Rolling Snoop Does Not Create Hourly Archive Folders (Doc ID 2008637.1)

Rolling-snoop is configured to create hourly archive directories. The problem is that instead :

it creates archive directories containing snoop files for a bigger interval.
and/or it creates archive directories at a different time that the one configured. For example, instead of every hour at 59 minute, it is created at 10:23.

When this behavior is noticed, the following error can be found in the rolling-snoop_stop-start.log file:

This behavior was observed on Service Logic Controller(SLC) node, but it can happen also on other nodes.
