Symptoms

Even though there are Forms / Case Report Books that have been marked Investigator Signature Ready item has been completed as ‘Yes’, Forms or Case Report Books ready for Signature are not listed for any patients/subjects when filtering on Status ‘Unsigned’. User is associated with a Signature Group and has the necessary rights to Sign Form and / or Case Report Book.
