EGRC Not Receiving Automated Email Notifications When 'All Eligible Users' Is Result Investigator in Control Definition (Doc ID 2010012.1)

On GRC, Noticing following situation:

1. When a control "Results Investigator" is set to a specific GRC user, then email notification is generated for the request(s).

2. Problem occurs when "Results Investigator" is set to the default "All Eligible Users", then no email notification is generated.

Does AACG require a user or group to be assigned as Result Investigator in order to receive the automated notifications?
