Error when attempting to execute OPA 10.4.5 rules after migrating to OPA 12.1.0


ERROR

com.oracle.determinations.engine.exceptions.RulebaseLoadException: Expected policy model file called rulebase.xml


STEPS
-----------------------
1. while executing OPA 10.4.5 rules after migrating to OPA 12.1.0, am getting the below exception
  Caused by: com.oracle.determinations.engine.exceptions.RulebaseLoadException: Expected policy model file called rulebase.xml
2. I am using embedded "determinations-engine" OPA v12.1.0 jars in my classpath
3. example for rules for embedded determination engine in OPA v12.0.1

BUSINESS IMPACT
