With Default Format as XML, SIM Reports are not Printing on the Configured Printers (Doc ID 2010219.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


Store Inventory Management (SIM) is unable to print a report.  SIM sends only .pdf report instead of XML report, even though store_printer_type_code=2 (for XML file type).


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Shipping/Receiving > Transfer.
  2. Select one record and click the Print button.
  3. Try to print Transfer report (uncheck BOL Transfer report).
  4. No error appears in SIM. The report cannot be printed.
