Symptoms
On : 2.0.9.1 version, Master Index Main Component
The customer is using OHMPI 2.0.9 Windows version with SQLServer database and Glassfish 2.1.1.
When attempting to generate reports from MIDM, the following errors occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MIDM
2. Select Reports->Activity Reports->Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Activity
3. Select any Date and hit Search
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate OHMPI reports.
