JL_ENR Table Contains SYSDATE of the Point-Of-Service/Back Office Server Instead of the SYSDATE of the POS Register (Doc ID 2010895.1)

Symptoms

Transaction is created in the JL_ENR table with the SYSDATE of the POS/BO Server instead of the SYSDATE of the POS Register.  This creates issues when searching for EJ as EJ has the date of the POS/BO Server and not of the actual transaction; this also causes mismatch on date between TR_TRN and JL_ENR for the same transaction.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Point-Of-Service/Back Office Server is installed in US-CST (United States - Central) time zone
2. POS register is installed in US-EST (United States - Eastern) time zone; this is an hour ahead of where POS/BO Server is installed
3. Create a transaction on POS Register
4. Check JL_ENR and transaction will have time of POS/BO Sever instead of POS register
