'Unsaved Changes' Dialog Is Displayed Even When No Changes Are Made to Address Book Entry

Symptoms
Consider a setup with Oracle Communications Convergence 3.0.0.2.0 (Convergence 3 Patch 2) deployed on Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.2.10 (build 2):
- Login to Convergence
- Go to "Address book"
- Select an existing contact in the Personal Address Book.
- Click on "Edit"
- Click on the "Cancel" button without making any changes.
A warning pops up saying "This form contains unsaved changes."
