Misleading Error Message Appears When Changing Ticket Type For An Item (Doc ID 2011130.1)

Misleading error message when changing ticket type for an item.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Add Ticket_1 to  Item.
  2. New item list created with above item.
  3. Perform mass change to add TICKET type.
  4. Added ticket 2.
  5. Message "existing ticket will be deleted for item in item_list "appears, which is misleading and the user gets an impression that the existing ticket type will be deleted upon addition of this ticket type.
