BLE is not splitting data to lowest level

I have made a worksheet at higher level and put a series with client expression. When I run BLE at the worksheet, it is updating the value at higher level selected in worksheet to all the lowest level combinations, while it is supposed to split the higher level value before updating at lowest level combination. In this way , when I aggregate the data to same level as in worksheet, it is getting multiplied by some integer to the original value. I tried making it proportional to history series and running proport before BLE., but I am still getting the same issue.

ble to split at lower level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. BLE is not splitting the client expression at higher level to lowest level combinations.

The issue has the following business impact:
We are in the process of SIT and it has become bottleneck in the project and we are already missing SIT deadlines due to this.
