The Real-Time Wallet Notifications Reports a "Maximum Rows Exceeded" Error Message (Doc ID 2011258.1)

Last updated on MARCH 06, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.4.1 to 5.0.1 [Release 4.4 to 5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

This problem impacts the Service Management System (SMS) screen listing all Real-Time Wallet Notification (RTWN) configuration items :

The number of rows that the SMS management screen "Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Wallet Management -> Real-Time Wallet Notifications" can report is limited to 100. If more RTWN configuration items exist, the following error message appears and only the first 100 configuration items are displayed : "Maximum Rows Exceeded - please refine your search"

Additionally, another problem exists; there is not "Search" button on that screen to allow filtering the displayed results. Please refer to the following note :

There is no Search Button to Filter RTWN Items Out from the Real-Time Wallet Notification SMS Screen (Doc ID 2011270.1)

As a consequence of those combined issues, it is not possible to view and select for deletion or modification a RTWN configuration if, by no luck, it does not appear in the first 100 entries displayed.

This problem is reported on NCC 5.0.1.

It should be possible to allow more than 100 rows to be displayed.
