There is no Search Button to Filter RTWN Items Out from the Real-Time Wallet Notification SMS Screen

Symptoms

This problem impacts the Service Management System (SMS) screen listing all Real-Time Wallet Notification (RTWN) configuration items :

 



The number of rows that the SMS management screen "Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Wallet Management -> Real-Time Wallet Notifications" can report is limited to 100. Beyond that amount, the following error message appears : "Maximum Rows Exceeded - please refine your search"

 



The problem is that there is not "Search" button on that screen to allow filtering the displayed results, as advised by the error message.

Note that the maximum number of rows that can be displayed can be modified by the MaxRowsRTWN parameter configured from the sms.html file. Please refer to the following note :

As a consequence of those combined issues, it is not possible to view and select for deletion or modification a RTWN configuration if, by no luck, it does not appear in the first 100 entries displayed.

This problem is reported on NCC 5.0.1.


A "search" feature should be available so that displayed entries can be filtered out to show (and possibly then delete or modify) the desired entry.
