Incorrect Status Sent for Zone Level Clearance (Doc ID 2011346.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) 13.0.6, when creating clearance resets for an item on both a location level and zone level clearance, the incorrect status is sent downstream for the zone level clearance.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Perform clearance reset on location. Records will be written to RPM_PRICE_EVENT_PAYLOAD as Creates.
  2. Perform clearance reset on zone. Records will be written to RPM_PRICE_EVENT_PAYLOAD as Modifies.

The Modifies will not have an existing record in Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), causing them to be ignored.
