In Oracle Retail Allocation, the What If Summary displays future fulfillment value and the Purchase Order (PO) quantity is defaulted to 0, even though the property 'future_available_what_if_allocations_enabled' is set to 'False'.

Steps to Reproduce:

future_available_what_if_allocations_enabled = false
include_mid_tier_soh = false
  1. Create a What If allocation for an item with existing orders to the warehouse (approved but not received) and then calculate.
  2. In Allocation Details, set the allocation quantity for the store.
  3. Click on What If Summary.
  4. Notice that the What If Summary displays future fulfillment value, and the Purchase Order (PO) Quantity is defaulted to 0.
