Performance Problem With QueryInventoryManagementRequest XML API Method (Doc ID 2011980.1)

Symptoms

The queryInventoryManagementRequest XML API performance is slow for the initial execution which often times out. Subsequent executions respond in a few seconds. This process is generally executed early at the beginning of the work day.

Below is a sample XML to query for 2 TNs with specified values for NPA and Reservation ID.
