eReceipt Prints VAT Code When VATCodeReceiptPrinting parameter is No

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), eReceipts print the Value Added Tax (VAT) code even when 'VATCodeReceiptPrinting' is set to No.
Steps to Reproduce:
- VAT enabled
- Set the VATCodeReceiptPrinting parameter to No
1. Sell an item in POS.
2. Note that the eReceipt header prints the VAT Code.
