Problem Summary
MWM: delay in dispatch due to concurrent update by 2 different schedulers

Problem Description
In the logs you will notice ‘Failed to Select Shift’ errors, which we have confirmed are related to concurrent updates to the same shifts by two different Schedule Managers.
