CAS Service Does Not Start - Reports HSQL Errors Including: org.hsqldb.HsqlException:

On an Oracle Commerce Guided Search 11.1 CAS-based (forgeless) application, customer's CAS service will not start.

Errors are reported in the cas-service.log similar to:

 There was a recent issue that required the CAS service to be restarted, or caused the CAS service to terminate unexpectedly.
