Users Unable To Split Disconnect Order (Doc ID 2013475.1)

Symptoms

The user is unable to successfully split a PSR order. They are able to create the split but when they try to add 3rd level items to the order they are not visible. If user goes into “Copy Existing Services” they can see the disc but it does not allow them to select it.
