Core Job TD-PURGE Fails

On : CCB 184.108.40.206.0 version, TD - To Do ,Batch-CIPQDTDB
When attempting to run TD-PURGE it fails.
TD-PURGE is ran 3 times changing the argument arguments:
the following error occurs.
BATCHWorker:3] ERROR (com.splwg.base.support.batch.GenericCobolBatchProgram) A non-zero code was returned from call to COBOL batch program CIPQDTDB: 2
com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: A non-zero code was returned from call to COBOL batch program CIPQDTDB: 2
Batch Run Tree: Error-CIPZCTJN-Either the To Do type(TD-FAUPL) or sequence number (2) associated with drill keys(00002001992930)/(00002004479792) is invalid
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Batch Job Submission.
2. Batch Code: TD-PURGE.,
3. Parameters: NO-OF-DAYS=30, DEL-ALL-TD-SW=Y, DEL-TD-TYPE-CD=TD-FAUPL
5. Navigate to Batch Run Tree.
