'Export to Excel' in Measurements Zone (D1-MSRMTS) Doesn't Download data for Start Date/Time

Symptoms
When trying to download measurements data using 'Export to Excel' menu of Measurements zone (D1-MSRMTS) with Start Date/Time and End Date/Time, it is not possible to download the measurement point data which is the same date/time as Start Date/Time.
For example, when setting '05-01-2015 12:00AM' as Start Date/Time and '05-10-2015 12:00AM' as End Date/Time, the following measurement point data is downloaded:
05-01-2015 01:30AM
05-01-2015 01:00AM
05-01-2015 12:30AM
