Transactions Not Flowing from ORPOS to ORCO; Returns Not Being Processed by ORPOS (Doc ID 2013845.1)

When attempting to send transactions from the Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) database to Central Office (ORCO) by the ORPOS server, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Complete a sale in Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS)
2. Try to return the item from the sale above
3. Transaction not found in ORCO database, or 'Transaction Retrieval unavailable' message appears.
