Symptoms

On : 8.6.5.6050 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

When attempting to run GRCC User Provisioning Approval Poll concurrent program,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06512: at "APPS.GRCC_PROVDB_PKG", line 47
ORA-06512: at "APPS.GRCC_PROVDB_PKG", line 26
ORA-06512: at l
ORACLE error 1000 in AFPRSR

Cause: AFPRSR failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in EBS.
2. Run GRCC User Provisioning Approval Poll concurrent program.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process UP requests.
