ASAP Installation Failed With "JDBC Driver jconn2.jar does not exist" Error and "OutOfMemoryError: PermGen Space" In Managed Server

Symptoms
ASAP 7.2 installation failed on Oracle Linux 5.5 platform. According to ASAP Installation Guide , the jconn2.jar file was copied to Domain_home/lib before starting the ASAP installer.
While installing ASAP, following error message appeared in installer window:
"JDBC Driver jconn2.jar does not exist in the domain for the server . AdminServer. Please put jconn2.jar in the lib folder under WL domain and restart WL server. Installer wil exit now..."

OutOfMemory Error for PermGen space appeared in asap_domain/servers/ASAP/logs/ASAP.log
