Last updated on FEBRUARY 15, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 5.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The ExtendedWalletInfoRequest function does not provide right results when accessing the wallet information for a subscriber.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Use Variable Amount Recharge (VAR) Feature Node to perform a recharge which creates a new bucket, with value 0 and expiry date in the future.

2. Query the previous created bucket using WalletInfo::getBalanceInfo() (throughout a custom Feature Node or any other API that uses this function) : the results are correct and we can find the newly created bucket.

Terms:

WGR = Wallet General Recharge.
