Incorrect Order/transfer Status on SIM Detail Screen as RMS Does Not Decode Detail Records Status (Doc ID 2015011.1)

Symptoms

For Store Orders/transfers in Approved status, Store Order Detail screen shows the status as Pending.
It appears that 'P'(icked) status is interpreted as 'P'(ending) for store order/transfer details.
The status is properly displayed as 'Approved' in Store Order/transfer screen.

For the list applet RMS13.RMSSVC_XLOCPOTSF.GET_STORE_ORDERS (locpotsfhdrsqry) delivers the information, and this function implements a decode for mapping statuses between RMS and SIM.
For the detail applet RMS13.RMSSVC_XLOCPOTSF.GET_STORE_ORDER_DETAILS (locpotsfdtlsqry) delivers the details, but this function does not implement status mapping (decode).
This is the same for transfers.

As the status is displayed as 'Pending', users can still access all features on store order detail screen for an already approved order/transfer.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Store orders/transfers.
2. Apply a filter to retrieve a list of store orders with status = Approved.
3. Select and double click an Approved store order/transfer to open the details screen.
    Note that the status is displayed as 'Pending' in the Detail screen.
