'[11777] User ID/Password Is Invalid' Error & Version is Blank on OFSAA Login Screen

Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.3.5, every few hours you start to get login errors and none of the users can log into the OFSAA application.  When you attempt to login, the following error is displayed on the screen:

ERROR
[11777] User ID/Password is invalid

Also, the Version is missing from the login screen.  The version is blank as shown below:

Additionally, the following errors exist in the Tomcat, Weblogic, or Websphere startup log:

Error retreving OFSSA release version
Error retreving OFSSA release version
Error retreving OFSSA release version
Error retreving OFSSA release version

You can workaround the issue by restarting all OFSAA processes.  Users can login successfully but the error will occur again in a few hours.

Changes

 Upgrade to OFSAAI 7.3.5.
