QUESTION

User wants to have a "Cloud" component in a Template with SDH network, in order to be able to interconnect his SDH network to an external vendor (SUN SDH network).
The connections to the external vendor should provide a representation of the services routed thru it, including where possible the KLM parameters.

The user is not able to make changes in this template: MetaSolv TM SONET/SDH Template as it is read-only.

  1. How can we find out which user created the template?
  2. Is there any way to unlock this Template?
  3. It is possible to clone a template? Or even create a new template with the same functions of this smoothly?

COMMENTS
