Unable to Upload Attachment After AutoVue Client Libraries Installation On Environment Where File Manager Patches Were Applied (Doc ID 2015371.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Unable to upload attachment after AutoVue Client Libraries installation

Expected Behavior
Able to upload attachment after AutoVue Client Libraries installation

Error
The following error is detected in localhost.log

Facts
File Manager is on a dedicated server machine, which is apart from Application Server machine.
Patches (i.e. 9.3.3.0.30,9.3.3.0.61,9.3.3.0.99,9.3.3.0.120) were applied to File Manager before AutoVue Client Libraries installation.
AutoVue client libraries of Autovue for Agile PLM was installed.



Steps

1. Install AutoVue Client Libraries to File Manager
2. Redeploy File Manager
3. Login to Web Client
4. Upload the attachment
5. The error occurs and the upload fails.



Changes

 Install AutoVue client libraries on File Server
