ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On worksheet, changed Description of level members is not reflected in a timely manner.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the description of level members is changed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Change Description of level members and insert records for the level members into T_SRC_LOC_TMPL.
2.Perform workflow (EBS Full Download)
3.Open worksheet and confirm if Description is changed.

[Observed Behavior]
-Over 12 hours passed after completing EBS Full Download.But they were not reflected in worksheet.
-After bouncing AP,they were reflected.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
-When bouncing AP server,users can't use Demantra.Since the system will be used all over the world,there are few chance to bounce AP server.(Maybe we can just bounce it once a week.)
If it take time to reflect description of level members(Customer name,Item name,Supplier name and so on),it will prevent users from performing their daily business.
