CAP3 SMS Gateway Does not Support FCI/FCI_SMS (Doc ID 2015394.1)

Symptoms

The furnishChargingInformationSMS (FCI-SMS) flag is a request to include information in the CAMEL-specific logical MO-SMS or MT-SMS record, this will generate a EDR (Event Data Record) for the specific message.

In a CAP3SMS (CAMEL Application Part version 3) scenario, if the TCAP_CONTINUE (Transaction Capabilities Application Part) message sent by SMCB (Short Message Charging Node) contain a FCI-SMS, it is rejected by the CAP3_GW (CAP SMS Gateway) with the following ERROR:
