LDAP Failover Is Not Working When Logging Into Convergence (Doc ID 2015607.1)

LDAP failover is not working even though it is configured in Messaging Server:

To test, we stopped the LDAP server ldap2 and tried to login to the frontend server (Convergence).  It is not working even after 5 minutes of repeated login.
