Credit Not an Option for Manual Entry of Debit/Credit Card (Doc ID 2016161.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS) upon hand keying debitable credit card (dual purpose card), cashier receives response "Debit PIN Only card and must be swiped".
  
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Ring sale transaction
2. Tender with dual purpose (Debit/Credit) card
3. Manually key in card number (do not swipe)
4. 'No Manual Entry' dialog displayed showing message "The card cannot be manually entered. It is a Debit PIN Only card and must be swiped. Press Enter to continue with different card or select different tender."
  
Expectation: Transaction should go through as credit tender not requiring swipe.
