PurgeItem.sh Batch Fails with Message "Error querying stored procedure" (Doc ID 2016215.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management(SIM), the following error occurs when running PurgeItem.sh batch:

Steps to Reproduce:

Prerequisite: There are records in Allocation table for items to be deleted
1. Run the "PurgeItem.sh" batch in SIM:
2. Observe the above error message
