On production environment, the user is encountering problem with pin_cycle_forward utility run within pin_bill_day script with parameter -verbose when the process could not finish.
The problem seems to be caused by the initial query which the last bill day returned more records than fetch size set in pin.conf of pin_bill_day application. A workaround has been applied by increasing of fetch size, but it is not a final solution, since such action increases memory utilization, and it is not correct from functional point of view that the fetch size must be higher than actual number of records recorded by initial query.
