Symptoms

The assignProvisionPlanProcedureRequest XML API throws a "java.lang.NullPointerException" when attempting to assign a Provisioning Plan on some orders.

Steps

The issue can be only be reproduced on some orders

1. Assign a Provisioning Plan to a PSR order using the assignProvisionPlanProcedureRequest XML API method.


Business Impact

Unable to assign Provisioning Plan on some orders using the assignProvisionPlanProcedureRequest XML API.
