CP Is Getting Wrong Special Character In ParlayX MO From OCSG 5.1 (Doc ID 2016861.1)

Symptoms

While using OCSG 5.1 ParlayX SMS.

1. When we send MO from mobile phone with keyword including "_" for example "DCB_ASSOCIATION:123".

2. OCSG got correct MO message from SMSC.

3. But OCSG sent some unknown special character instead of "_" to CP

4. The datacoding in DeliverSm is set to 0x00.
