Unable to Upload File Using Fileload With Error 'Filename Contains Invalid Characters and Will Not Be Uploaded' After Applying Agile 9.3.3 File Manager Patches (Doc ID 2017212.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload file using Fileload, below error is generated in the log file:

Row #1:ITEM,P00001,,C:/test/test1.txt,FILE,description<Filename contains invalid characters and will not be uploaded.>



Steps to Reproduce

1. Create index file FileLoadTest.csv with below contents:

ITEM,P00001,,C:/test/test1.txt,FILE,description

2. Save test1.txt under C:\test\
3. Login to Java Client, and goto Tools > Fileload
4. Select FileLoadTest.csv for Index File
5. Set Log File Directory and OK
6. Check the generated log files. See below error in FileLoadTest.csv.M_D_YYYY.H_M_S_LOG file.

Row #1:ITEM,P00001,,C:/test/test1.txt,FILE,description<Filename contains invalid characters and will not be uploaded.>
